Grapefruit Avocado Salad

2 ruby red grapefruits2 tablespoons of Olive Oil3/4 teaspoon Salt1 avocado, peeled, cored, and diced1/4 cup red onion thinly sliced6 cups of Romaine (or Arugula)
Makes 2 big salads or 4 small salads.
Cut grapefruit into segments over a bowl to catch the juice. Keep the juice in the bowl. Put the segments in the frig to stay cool.
Take 1/3 cup of the saved grapefruit juice and whisk in olive oil and salt. Set it aside.
In a bowl, put in the lettuce, avocado, grapefruit segments, and onion. Toss lightly and add on the dressing.
