Impossible Corn and Chicken Pie

0.5 cup Bisquick baking mix 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 cup Milk, 1% 6 tsp Granulated Sugar 3.5 ear, medium (6-3/4" to 7-1/2" Sweet Corn, Fresh 3 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 1.5 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted
If corn is not cooked, steam in microwave first, then remove corn from cobs. Spray a 10" pie pan or a torte pan with cooking spray. Put corn kernels and chopped chicken in bottom of pan, season with salt and pepper. Combine eggs, sugar, milk and baking mix in blender jar and blend until smooth. Pour liquid over corn and chicken, dot with small amt of butter. Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes or until custard is set.
