Mixed Berry Whole Grain Coffee Cake

Ingredients
.5 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk) 1 tbsp Cider Vinegar 2 tbsp Canola Oil 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .33 cup, packed Brown Sugar 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour .5 tsp Baking Soda .5 tsp Cinnamon, ground .16 tsp Salt 1 cup Frozen Berries - Kirkland Nature's Three Berries 0.25 cup (1 serving) Nature Valley Low Fat Fruit Granola Cereal
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix ingredients just to combine. Sprinkle with granola. Bake in 8 inch greased and floured cake pan 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Cool for 10 minutes on wire rack.
