Shrimp onion curry

Ingredients
8 oz Shrimp, raw 1.75 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes 2 tbsp Sunflower Oil 0.5 tsp Mustard seed, yellow .5 tsp cayenne pepper1 Thai chili pepper
Directions
Splutter mustard seeds in hot oil. Add Thai chilli pepper split down the middle. Add onions cut inong pieces. When onions are translucent add cayenne pepper and turmeric. Close and cook for 3-4 mins stirring occasionally. Add diced tomatoes. When tomatoes are pulpy, add salt. Cook until onions and tomatoes are blended together and nearly dry. Add the shrimp. Cook until shrimp is done.
