Ingredients
4 cup, chopped or diced Turkey (light meat) .5 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 4 serving 1/2 tsp. Cumin Powder (by ANEWAY) 2 tsp Chili powder 1 tsp Onion powder .5 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Colgin Natural Hickory Liquid Smoke (by CATSBANE) 14.5 serving Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano 1 serving canned rotel tomatoes (by MILDOLLARSMILE) 4 cup Swanson Chicken Fat Free Chicken Broth Less Sodium 4 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower, cooked 3 cup slices Okra, frozen, cooked 3 tbsp "LouAna" Pure Coconut Oil 4 serving Gelatin, Unflavored (Knox) - serving size 1/4 env, (by HAVENWOOD3)
Directions
I used leftover roasted turkey. Sauted all my veggies first and then added the spices. Then I added the cooked turkey, Rotel and tomatoes. Puree your cauliflower and okra with warm chicken broth. Add gelatin and coconut oil to puree. Add to pot and simmer for at least 10 mins.
