Ingredients
8 tbsp Bob’s Red Mill Coconut Flour (by BABYHUNT) 1.5 serving EAS whey protein - 1 scoop=30gr or 23gr of dry powder = protein and 130 calories 8 tsp Baking Powder 2 tbsp Olive Oil 1 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tsp Salt .75 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 20 serving Bob’s Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, 2 Tbsp.
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients together. Wisk together eggs, oil and water together.
