Egg Fried Rice

Ingredients
¼ cup soy sauce1 minced garlic clove1 small chopped onion2 eggs, beatenFrozen vegetable mixPrawnsCooked basmati/brown riceSesame oil
Directions
Heat sesame oil in a pan. Add the minced garlic, onion and mixed vegetables and fry until softened.
Move to the side of the frying pan, add eggs into the other side and scramble.
Once eggs are cooked, mix all together, add cooked prawns and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add cooked rice, and lastly the soy sauce. Fry till heated through.
Garnish with sliced spring onion.
