.5 cup Yellow Cornmeal 1 cup dry Oatmeal (plain) 3 tsp Granulated Sugar .5 tsp Table salt (by ECHO_E) 4 tsp Baking Powder 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk) 1 1tsp Grapeseed Oil 2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
Mix all dry ingredients, whisk in liquid ingredients, Do not over mix. Fry on non-stick griddle oer medium high heat, just until cooked. Eat plain, or with syrup.
