Balsamic Chicken in the slow cooker

Ingredients
2.5 lbs Whole Chicken 8 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar 1 tbsp Olive Oil 1 tsp Garlic 0.5 tsp Garlic Salt (Coarse Ground with Parsley) - Lawry's (by VEEALEX) .5 tsp Pepper, black 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw .5 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
Directions
Clean whole chicken. Pour a little olive oil on bottom of the crockpot/slow cooker. Place chicken in slow cooker. Season with black pepper and garlic salt inside and out. Chop up onions and bell pepper and place in and around chicken. In a small bowl mix together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, and pour over chicken and vegetables. Cook on high for 4-5 hours.
