Ingredients
1 can Chick Peas, drained1 big ol garlic clove1tsp Worcestershire sauce- or more to tastesalt, pepper- whatever it needs to become edible cos you take away the olive oil- and I don't even notice the tahini thats missing!
Directions
Chop it in a small chopper or food processer- eat on crackers, pita chips or dip veggies in it! YUM!

    I make hummus this way all the time - I usually add the juice of 1/2 a lemon and lots of salt and pepper. - 7/8/09
