Quick Strawberry Jam

Ingredients
4 cup, sliced Strawberries, fresh 0.5 cup Granulated Sugar 0.5 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon
Directions
Place diced strawberries, sugar and lemon juice in a large pot. Turn heat to medium-high. Stir and bring to a boil. Lower heat slightly to a low boil and cook 8-12 minutes until thickened. Stir fairly frequently. Take off heat and cool. Mixture will thicken further on cooling.
