Italian Turkey w/Broccoli, Tomatoes and Mushrooms w/Roasted Parmesan Spaghetti Squash

4.0 tbsp Butter, salted4.0 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded1.0 tsp Oregano, ground2.0 tsp Pepper, black2.0 tbsp Basil2.0 tsp Salt2.0 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh2.0 cloves Garlic2.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh2.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw4.0 cup Spaghetti Squash2.0 cup, chopped or sliced Red Ripe Tomatoes4.0 serving Turkey, Butterball Ground Turkey 93% Lean (1 serving = 4 ounces)
-Cut spaghetti squash in half, scoop out seeds, place in a roasting pan with 1 and 1/2 cups water and roast in oven at 375 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Allow to cool enough to handle and then scoop out squash strands and place in mixing bowl. Add butter, parmesan, salt and pepper. Toss to combine.
Brown turkey in non-stick pan.
Once turkey is browned add oregano, garlic, onions and tomatoes. Saut� for 7 minutes.
Add broccoli and mushrooms and saut� for another 5
minutes.
Place spaghetti squash mixture in bowls then top with turkey mixture, garnish with chopped frash basil and serve.
