Flour Tortillas

Ingredients
2 cup Flour, white 3 tsp Baking Powder 2 tsp Shortening-all vegetable (by JUSTMISHY) 1 tsp Salt 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
Combine all dry ingredients then add water to knead a dough. Knead until it is smooth, add water as needed. If the dough is too sticky add more flour. After kneading the dough cut in 8 balls and let it sit for 10 mins. Heat up a 'comal' on the stove top. Grease the counter with cooking oil and roll out the dough into a 6" or 7" disk, place flour disk on the comal and let it cook one min on each side. The longer the tortillas stay on the comal the dryer/crisper they get. Repeat until all dough is finished.
