Ingredients
.75 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia Cabbage, fresh 2 tbsp Eden Selected Toasted Sesame Oil 1 medium Carrots, raw 2 tbsp Soy Sauce 1.5 tsp Sriracha Hot Sauce (Rooster sauce) .5 tbsp Vinegar - Natural Rice Vinegar (Nakano) 1 tsp Ginger paste
Directions
Shred cabbage and carrots. Heat the sesame oil, add the veggies, stir, cover, and let cook down. Stir occasionally. Once desired "doneness" add the remaining ingredients and stir well.
