2.0 cup, shredded Romaine Lettuce (salad)8.0 oz Beef, round steak2.5 oz Green Chile Sauce1.0 serving Don Pablos Pico de Gallo2.0 tbsp Guacamole0.25 fruit (2" dia) Limes1.0 tbsp Cilantro, raw0.75 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked1.5 tortilla, medium (approx 6" dia) Flour Tortillas2.0 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted1.0 tbsp Cilantro, raw0.5 cup Beans, black
Slow cook beef with green chile and butter for 1 1/2-2 hours. Heat black beans in butter and green chile. Cook Rice and add pat of butter, cilantro and juice from rice.
Layer rice, beans and shredded beef. Top off with lettuce, Pico de gallo, guacalome, fresh cilantro and juice from lime.
