453 grams Chicken Breast, with skin 0.125 cup Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free 1 to 1 Baking Flour (by DEX82DAX) .5 tsp Salt - Table - 1 tsp. (by MIKNMEG) .25 tsp Pepper, black 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil .25 cup Honey 4 tbsp Hunt's tomatoe PASTE (by 1CUBBY1) 8 tbsp Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar 2 tbsp Hannaford Soy Sause (by LOWELLMA) .5 tsp Garlic powder
Cut your chicken breasts into 1-2 inch pieces and place into a bowl. put in flour, salt, and pepper, mixing the chicken around till coated.
put oil in a skillet over med heat and dump in the coated chicken. and brown on all sides till cooked through.
in a sauce pan whisk together remaining ingredients bring to low boil, over low heat till thickens, then pour over chicken and cook another 2-3 min.
