BLT Pasta Salad

Ingredients
14 oz short pasta such as wheels or seashells1 lb turkey bacon4 medium Campari tomatoes, diced1 large green bell pepper, diced3/4 cup mayonnaiseSalt & Pepper to taste
Directions
1. Cook and drain pasta. Set aside.
2. Chop bacon into strips and fry. Drain off excess oil.
3. Combine pasta, bacon, bell pepper and mayonnaise in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Fold in diced tomatoes.
4. Chill for 1 hour and serve.

Serving Size: Makes 8 servings.
