Ingredients
0.25 cup, whole Almonds0.25 cup, chopped Pecans0.25 cup, halves and whole Cashew Nuts, dry roasted (salt added)1.0 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh1.0 cup Canned Goods: Thai Kitchen Organic Coconut Milk (13.66 oz can)1.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground
Directions
Soak nuts overnight in water with a little salt. Drain and rinse. Put in blender with remaining ingredients. Heat if desired, and eat like oatmeal, or chill and scoop onto apple slices or celery sticks.
