Cheesecake Strawberry Gelatin

Ingredients
16 oz Cream Cheese 2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 8 Serving Kraft Jell-o Brand Sugar Free Low Calorie Gelatin Dessert (Jello) 10 serving swerve sweetner 10x 1 teaspoon (5 g erythritol) 60 tbsp whipped cream- Cool WHIP EXTRA CREAMY
Directions
Boil two cups of water. While waiting for water to boil mix all dry ingredients in a spate bowl. Blend them well, set aside. In a large bowl add cream cheese and beat until very creamy. Add dry ingredients to hot water, stir until all is dissolved well. Now add the liquid to the cream cheese gradually until very smooth and creamy. Pour into a 9x13 inch pan. Chill until firm, approximately 3 to four hours. Cut into 15 serving squares. Serve with Cool Whip Extra Creamy whipped cream.
