1-La Tortilla Factory - Low Carb Tortilla1-Poached Egg, large, cooked hard1-slice extra lean hamsalt&pepper to taste
Using small non-stick skillet, brown ham. Add enough water to almost float egg. Break egg into water breaking yolk as you add. Cover and simmer until egg is done. Warm up tortilla between sheets of paper towels in microwave for 10 seconds. Place warmed tortilla on paper towel top with ham, then egg. Roll up. You may eat directly now or prepare ahead of time, refrigerate for quick breakfast later. To reheat i place breakfast wrap, still in paper towel, in microwave at 10% for about 4 minutes.
Options: 1 tablespoon grated chese (add after heating).
