Pork Sauerkraut Casserole

Ingredients
6 Pork Chops 1/2" thickLg Can Sauerkraut2 tbsp chopped onion3 tbsp brown sugar1 can fat free cream of chicken soup
Directions
Makes 6 chops

1.) Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2.) Place chops in fry pan and season with salt and pepper; brown slowly on both sides.

3.) Remove from skillet, drain part of grease from pan, then empty drained sauerkraut into pan.

4.) Sprinkle chopped onion and brown sugar over sauerkraut and heat through, stirring carefully for about 5 min.

5.) Empty into casserole dish and arrange pork chops on top and pour cream of chicken soup over chops. Bake approx 20-25 min. until chops are tender and brown.
