20 oz Beef, round steak 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 74 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw 1 serving Can of coke 3 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce 30 gram(s) baby red potatoe (by DTOWLE) 1 tbsp Garlic powder 10 Red Potatoes - Small (1.75-2.5" diameter)Olive oil, 1 Tbs
Cut a 2-3 lb round steak into 2x2 chunks, place in glass shallow baking dish, sprinkle with garlic powder, Worcestershire. Add can of Coke, cover and refrigerate at least 2 hrs. Stab potatoes with fork, place 1/4 cup water in microwave bowl and microwave on high 4-5 min.Allow to cool.Coat skewers and potatoes with olive oil. Cut Onion and peppers into chunks. Alternate veggies and steak on oiled skewers. Grill should be hot (400-500) Grill for 8=10 mins, turning once.
