Ingredients
12 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 1 can (10.75 oz) Cream of Chicken Soup .5 cup Mushrooms, canned 1 tbsp Margarine-like spread, Country Crock, regular 1 tbsp Argo Cornstarch 2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 serving Knorr Boullion Cube (Chicken or Vegetable flavor), 0.5 cube (by ON-THE-GO-GIRL) .5 tbsp Rosemary, dried 1 tsp Parsley, dried
Directions
Put all ingredients in crockpot and cook on high for 5 hours. Pour over rice, potatoes, vegetables of your choice. You can use less water for a more creamier thickness. As an option: My chicken was frozen and was already marinated with grill mates roasted garlic, cumin and kickin chicken spices when I put it in the crockpot.
