Cucumber, tomato and avocado salad

Ingredients
1 English cucumber1 large Roma tomato1 Haas avocado1 Tablespoon olive oilSlice and chop the vegetables however fine you like them and put them in a medium mixing bowl. Add the olive oil, plus salt and black pepper to taste. I used ½ teaspoon each of salt and pepper.
Directions
Stir together, let sit a few minutes for the flavors to blend, and serve.
