7.0 link, 4/lb Italian Sausage, pork2.0 cup, sliced Onions, raw1.5 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers)0.5 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, sweet, red, fresh0.5 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Yellow Peppers (bell peppers)1.0 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil
Directions
Chop links. Dump in oil. Cook. Once cooked pull out meat and dump in veggies to cook in that beautiful oil in the pan. Add some basil, oregano, salt and pepper. The world is your oyster. Serving Size: 6.
