Sweet Cornbread

Ingredients
1 cup Yellow Cornmeal 2 cup Whole Wheat Flour 8 tbsp Shortening, Crisco 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 36 tsp Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking 1 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Baking Soda 1.5 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk) 1 tbsp Cider Vinegar
Directions
Mix milk with 1 TBS cider vinegar let set while mixing the follow ingredients. Mix Crisco, eggs, and sugar blend together, add cornmeal, flour, baking soda, baking powder and vanilla. Add milk. bake in a greased 9x13" pan at 350 for 35-40 minutes. Serve warm or cold. Cut down 3 rows length wise and across 5 rows
