Ingredients
2 Large Omega-3 Eggs1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black .5 tbsp Salsa 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
Directions
1. Heat the coconut oil in a skillet on medium.
2. Add all other ingredients to a small bowl and beat with a fork to combine.
3. Cook eggs until desired texture, gently stirring with a spatula to make curds. (2-4 minutes)
