Spinach Soup

Ingredients
4.0 cup Spinach, fresh4.0 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw1.0 tsp Garlic2.0 tbsp Fat free half and half12.0 Grams Corn Starch
Directions
Saute onions, then add spinach, garlic then add broth. Cook for 15 minutes, blend with submersible mixer, then mix half and half and cornstarch, then slowly wisk into soup and simmer for 10 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
