5 oz Cheese, String Cheese, Pepper Jack (by KAUAI-CAROLANN) 1 serving Great Value Parmeson Cheese 1/3 cup (by STRATBOY) 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 6 tsp Purity Farms Organic Ghee / Clarified Butter 1 tsp/5g=1serv
Directions
heat ghee in skillet
cut cheese sticks in half
dip in egg
roll to dust in almond flour
roll in parmeson cheese
dip in egg again
roll to dust in almond flour again
roll in parmeson cheese again
put in skillet, roll as the stick browns
remove from skillet
let cool
