1.0 1tsp Olive Oil5.0 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted0.5 cup slices Carrots, cooked1.5 cup, cubes Squash, winter, acorn, cooked, baked, with salt0.5 pepper Jalapeno Peppers0.33 tbsp Honey1.5 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard2.0 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar0.25 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz)
Roast squash until done, cool, cube. Toss chicken with carrot, onion, jalapeno, balamic, oil, fresh herbs, honey and Dijon. Cook at 450 till nearly done, broil on high till done. Mix in squash
