Cabo Chicken Pita

Ingredients
2 oz boneless, skinless chicken tendersJuice of one lime1 garlic clove, minced1 tbsp olive oil1/2 Pepper/Herb seasoning or crushed red pepper1/2 Wheat Pita bread1 tbsp fat free sour cream
Directions
In bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, garlic and pepper seasoning (dash of salt optional). In self-sealing bag, place chicken and lime marinade. Seal bag and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight - turning bag several times.

Cook chicken on grill, under broiler, or in pan until cooked throughly. (Time depends on size of chicken tenders.)

While chicken is cooking, warm pita in toaster oven.

When chicken is done, cut into chucks. Layer chicken with sour cream until pita is full.
