Low Carb Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients
1 package, small (3 oz) Cream Cheese 1 cup Ricotta Cheese, whole milk 2 cup, whipped Heavy Whipping Cream 3 tbsp Cocoa powder - Hershey's Special Dark 20 serving Stevia Extract In The Raw Sugar Substitute [1 packet] 3 tsp Granulated Sugar
Directions
Blend Ricotta and softened cream cheese with 3/4 of the stevia powder. Set aside. Blend 1/4 stevia of the stevia and the 3 tsp of sugar in the heavy whipping cream. Mix the ricotta and cream cheese mixture into the heavy whipping cream. Refrigerate a couple of hours. Garnish with berries (not included in the carb count of this recipe).
