3 tbsp Whole Flaxseed 1.5 serving Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, 2 Tbsp. 1 cup dry Oatmeal (plain) 5.34 tbsp Private Selection 62% Cocao Dark Chocolate Chunks (by KLEEB3) 0.5 cup, packed Raisins 0.34 cup, halves Apricots, dried 0.34 cup Pumpkin seeds 8 tbsp Chia Seed (Nutiva) 1 Tbsp 2 tbsp Honey 0.25 cup Honey 0.34 cup Almond Butter
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. In a separate microwave safe bowl mix almond butter and honey, till well blended. Microwave thirty seconds at a time to help blend the wet ingredients. While still warm, blend wet ingredients with dry ingredients. Pour mix into 9x9 inch dish. Bake at 350 F for 15min then refrigerate for 10min before slicing.
