Zucchini Bread

Ingredients
3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 16 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil 2 cup Granulated Sugar 2 cup, mashed Zucchini 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 3.33 cup Flour, white 3 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Baking Soda .25 tsp Baking Powder .5 cup, chopped Walnuts
Directions
Beat eggs, add sugar and oil, then shredded zucchini and vanilla. Mix in dry ingredients and walnuts. Bake in two loaf pans at 350 for a hour.

Serving Size: Makes 2 loaves, each 10 slices
