Salmon Neptune

Ingredients
2 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked 2 cup frozen brocolli florets 3 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 1 tbsp Pepper, black 1 tsp Salt 6 fillet Atlantic Salmon (fish) (.5 filet option = 198g) 1.875 cup Alfredo sauce (Newman's Own) 1/4 c (by DARRYLE2)
Directions
Cook Salmon in non-stick pan. Remove from pan when cooked. Add a tsp of coconut oil to the pan and cook the frozen veg. Add salt and pepper. Once veg is golden brown add back in the fish and alfrado sauce. Reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes. Serve over rice.
