Low-fat Banana Bread

Ingredients * 4 very ripe banana * 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour * 1/2 cup white sugar * 1 teaspoon vanilla extract * 1 teaspoon baking soda * 2 teaspoons baking powder * 1 egg * 4 tablespoons applesauce
1. Pre-heat oven at 350 degrees.
2. Mash bananas in a bowl.
3. Gradually mix in flour with bananas.
4. Stir in Splenda brown-sugar blend and applesauce.
5. Whisk egg separately and then add to mixture.
6. Mix in other ingredients.
7. Pour into greased loaf pan (I spray pan with Pam/Crisco cooking spray).
8. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into center of bread comes out clean.
9. Makes 1 bread, 8 to 10 slices.
