0.5 cup Great Value Frozen Mixed Berries 1 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A 0.5 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats 1 tbsp Honey 4 oz yogurt Greek Gods Poseidon Greek Yogurt nonfat plain
Add all ingredients to blender, add ice.
Add cinnamon, nutmeg and cardamom to taste.
Blend till it cries for mercy.
Pour into cup.
