17.0 serving Dates (Sun Date California Pitted; 5-6 dates)3.0 cup Blanched peanuts, true goodness by meijer(It's the whole container of the dates and the whole bag of peanuts)
Put in food processor until all copies up and can be shaped into a ball easily. Scoop out 54 balls while wondering why you didn't just make bars (because your kid asked for them to be balls like grandma makes) and why not start this right before bed time?
Anyway. Squeeze together to make sure they stay together (each ball). Your hands will be covered in this stuff and oily. Toss in the fridge. They'll keep for a month in there.
