Ingredients
4 Roma Tomatoes, diced and seeded 1/4 cup Olive Oil 4 cloves Garlic, minced 3 tbsp Basil (Fresh), 3 tsp Basil (Dry)1/2 tsp Salt1 Batard Bread Thinly sliced (Toasted optional)
Directions
Mix all the ingredients together and let marinate for at least an hour
Slice bread thinly and serve with bruscetta
