Ingredients
6 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1.5 cup Dairy, Milk - Whole - 1 cup 1.5 cup Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, enriched, calcium-fortified 3 tbsp Butter, unsalted 6 tsp Granulated Sugar
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees with a cast iron skillet in the oven. In a stand mixer beat 6 eggs. Heat milk in microwave 30 seconds until barely warm. Add to eggs. Slowly beat in flour, sugar and beat until combined. Add flavoring if desired. Melt butter in hot skillet and pour in batter. Immediately return to oven. Cook until puffy around the edges and set in the center, about 45 minutes. Serve warm with fruit of choice or with additional butter, lemon juice and powdered sugar (not included in nutritional information).
