chicken kale gnocchi

Ingredients
6 serving Delallo Whole Wheat Gnocchi (by ROSS409) 15 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 3 tbsp Butter, salted 56.7 grams Kale 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 7 serving Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato 3 serving Average Roma Tomato (by RUCGIEB) .67 cup Imagine Organic Vegetable Stock (by HEALTHIERANN66)
Directions
cook chicken in one tablespoon butter. Remove from pan. Meanwhile boil gnocchi according to package instructions. Add another tablespoon of butter to the pan you cooked chicken in. Sauté Onions. Once cooked, add tomatoes. Add vegetable stock. Add chicken, cooked gnocchi, kale. Top with final tablespoon of butter. Cover and steam until kale wilts. Stir to combine and serve.--season with salt, pepper, and garlic to taste.
