4 oz Cream Cheese 4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 tsp Vanilla Extract .5 serving Stevia in the Raw 4 tbsp ^ Coconut flour - 1 tablespoon - 62.5 (by SCRAPPYMELLA) .5 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
Crack eggs into a blender and blend. Add cream cheese, 1 table spoon at a time and blend after each addition. Add vanilla, Stevia, and cinnamon, then blend. Add coconut flour 1 table spoon at a time, blending between each spoon full.
Coat non-stick skillet with nonstick spray such as PAM. Place on medium burner. When skillet is hot, add 1/4 cup of batter to make 1 pancake. Cook about 3 minutes, until bubbles form on top of pancake. Turn pancake over and cook additional 2 minutes.
Serving Size: makes 3 servings of 2 pancakes
