Vegetarian Lasagne

Ingredients
1 chopped onion1 chopped green pepperolive oil 1 can/package of veggie burger1 large can tomato puree1 (puree can) water1 bottle of Ketchup 1 container cottage cheese1 package shredded American/Mozzarella cheese
Directions
Cook lasagne noodles as directed on the package. Brown veg. burger. Saute onion and green pepper in olive oil, combine ve. burger, onions and pepper, ketchup, tomato puree, and
water. Simmer in large pot and add in cottage cheese. Drain lasagna. Alternate layers of lasagna, sauce mixture, and cheese. Sprinkle with grated cheese .
Bake at 350 for 1/2 hour- 1 hour
Add more cheese as desired
