Easy low carb broccoli cauliflower rice casserole

1.0 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese0.3 cup Mayonnaise, regular (mayo)1.0 package (10 oz) Broccoli, frozen1.5 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower, cooked2.0 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
I used a medium sized casserole dish.
First nuke the package if cauliflower for 5 minutes and rice it in the food processor by adding it and pulsing the machine for a few minutes.
Mix Cauliflower rice and chopped broccoli together. Add Mayo and spices. Add egg.
Add scallions and most of the cheese to the mixture.
Pop into an oven at 350 for 45 minutes. In the last 10 minutes, cover with remaining cheese and cover with foil and allow cheese to melt.
