Tomato, Cucumber, and Red Onion Salad

Ingredients
1 cup slices Kirby Cucumber (with peel) 1 tbsp Pompeian Gourmet Red Wine Vinegar 5 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes 1/4 of a Red Onion Raw, halved, sliced thinly2 Tbsp. Olive Oil 1/4 tsp Salt 1/4 tsp Pepper, white
Directions
Dress the tomatoes, onion and cucumber with olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt and pepper. Let stand while you prepare dinner, about 20 minutes. Re-toss and serve salad with crusty bread for mopping up juices and oil.
