Creamy Spinach pasta sauce

2 cup Canned Spinach (one can, drained)1/2 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 tbsp Minced Garlic6 oz Cream Cheese (I use 1/3 Less Fat Neufchatel Cheese) 1/2 stick Butter, unsalted 1/2 cup 2% milk 2 tsp Cajun Seasoning or any seasoning you like1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated *add shrimp, chicken or anything else*
Over Medium heat, saute onions and garlic in butter until onions begin to become transparent.
Add cream cheese and stir occasionally on low heat until it's smooth.
Add drained spinach, pamesan and seasonings.
Keep at low heat and stir occasionally until ready to serve.
Serving Size:�makes enough for 4 good size servings
