General Tso Chicken Slow Cooked

Ingredients
32 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast 1 cup Corn Starch 6 tbsp Hoisin Sauce 6 tbsp Amoy Light Soy Sauce (by MICHELLEMYBELLA) 4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 6 tbsp Vinegar - Natural Rice Vinegar (Nakano) 4 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh
Directions
add oil to skillet warm then add seasons of choice along with corn starch, whisk together.
coat chicken pieces with corn starched. return chicken back to the skillet saute until brown.
mix all sauces in a bowl.
put half sauce and chicken in a crock pot...I added brocroli which is optional. let cook for 4 hours on low. Just before the chicken is complete cooking add the remaining sauce and stir
