Splenda & Applesauce Zucchini bread

Ingredients
2 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tsp Nutmeg, ground 1 tsp Salt 1 cup Applesauce, unsweetened 3 cup, sliced Zucchini 1 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Baking Soda 48 tsp Sucralose (like Splenda) 2 cup Whole Wheat Flour 5 serving Egg white, large 48 tsp Sucralose (like Splenda)
Directions
*** ZUCCHINI SHOULD BE GRATED, NOT SLICED.

48 tsp = 1 cup

DIRECTIONS
Combine egg whites, Splenda, applesauce, and vanilla in bowl. Add zucchini and mix well. Sift together dry ingredients and add a little at a time, mixing together as you go.

Pour into two loaf pans and bake at 325 for an hour or until a knife inserted into the middle of the loaf comes out clean.

Makes 24 slices, 12 slices from each loaf. Freezes well.
