Ingredients
1.0 cup Whole Wheat Flour1.0 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats2.0 cup Spelt flour2.0 ounce Yeast, bakers1.0 tbsp Canola Oil2.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap4.0 tbsp *Flax Seed3.0 oz Sunflower Seeds, without salt
Directions
Add dry ingredients and mix. Add liquid ingredients. Mix. Knead dough. Allow to rise. (1.5hours) Knead again. Allow to rise. (1.5 hours) Bake at 350 until good crust forms and bread sounds hollow when tapped on bottom.

Serving Size: Makes one loaf.
