Ingredients
3.0 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted4.0 tbsp Mayonnaise, Hellman's Light2.0 slice, medium (1/4" thick) Red Ripe Tomatoes1.0 medium Carrots, raw2.0 fl oz Water, tap1.0 dash Salt0.5 tsp Pepper, white0.25 tsp Mustard seed, yellow1.0 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce
Directions
Chop carrots and tomato. Combine in food processor or blender (I use bullet)
